It's time for another quick update.

I've almost forgotten what it means to be cold and shivery. I've almost forgotten what frost and snow are. It's nice to be here.

In the latest news from the HaYahad community: Sharon Johnson, the mother of all those Johnson boys, has come to live with us at Ginosar. However, this morning two of the Texan families left to return to America. So we're having some changes in the dynamic of this little group of believers.

Last week we went for a tour of the site of the ancient city of Hazor, the very city that Joshua burned with fire (see Joshua 11 for the whole story). It was quite the city in Canaanite times. The area of the whole town was 80 acres. In Solomon's time Hazor was one of the towns that he fortified (along with Gezer, Jerusalem, and Megiddo).

Yahweh is good to us, and He shall be good to us!

Shalom to everyone!

(And Melanie, if you read this, I will try to post some "little known facts" sometime.)

Hey Yoel,

Wow, stuff happens in community, eh? I'm sure He's stretching you all. As you know our thoughts are always with you, "Even while you were being knitted in the womb ..."

Shalom from Yuma, AZ
